iStick Pico mod is so similar with iStick TC100W in functions, such as the switchable VW/Bypass/TC-Ni/TC-Ti/TCR modes and the feature firmware upgradeable. The difference is that the iStick Pico is powered by single interchangeable 18650 cell and you can install one or two 18650 cells on iStick TC100w. Also the way of changing cell is also different. To change the cell just easily remove the battery cap. As its name implies, the iStick Pico is preferable, innovative, compact and outstanding. Out of the friendly consideration, its tiny size makes it much more convenient for usage and portabiligy.
